The course also utilizes quizzes to help each student to gauge their understanding of the presented concepts. Offering immediate feedback, these quizzes help students identify potential gaps in understanding, letting them review earlier content on their way to earning an ISO 9001 certificate.

The goal of the ISO 9001 course is to provide students with a deep understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements. While taking this course, its students will explore what this standard consists of and how it relates to quality management within an organization. In addition to getting a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001 standards, this course will also teach the principles of auditing based on the ISO 19001:2018 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems).

The main goal of this course is to teach its students the principles of auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and how to apply them effectively. Upon completing this course and earning an ISO 9001 certificate, the students will have the ability to conduct audits and provide suggestions for improvement within organizations.
