All Logix ISO courses and downloadable documentation products include 365 days of access from the date of purchase. During this period, customers may access their purchased materials through their account at any time.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds on courses, training programs, or downloadable documentation products. Because our products provide immediate access to proprietary training materials and documentation, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been completed.
Exchanges
Documentation Products:
All downloadable documentation products are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Courses:
Course exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the course has not been started. Customers requesting an exchange should contact us at courses@logixiso.com, and we will be happy to assist in arranging an exchange for another Logix ISO course of equal value.
